Our Team
Tony Taylor is the General Manager of F3 Asset Advisory and is a true Novocastrian, he is well known within the community and understands the importance of the Newcastle people and the wider Hunter Valley municipal.
Tony has over 25 years of extensive industry experience in valuing and appraising a wide variety of business assets. His relentless desire to meet and exceed customer needs, and high quality comprehensive reports are some his most significant strengths.
In 2007 Tony successfully passed the ‘Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice’ (USPAP) examination. USPAP is an internationally recognised valuer’s qualification that sets high standards of professionalism with the aim of increasing client confidence by producing clear, concise and credible valuations, without bias or contingent fees. Additionally further specialised training with the Australian Property Institute and American Society of Appraisers has been successfully completed.
Tony’s qualifications include
- an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers (Machinery and Technical Specialist Division)
- an Associate of Australian Property Institute (AAPI) Certified Practising Valuer(Plant and Machinery)
He is also the Secretary of the American Society of Appraisers. Prior to this he served as a former Vice President of the American Society of Appraisers.
Constantly striving to increase his knowledge and understanding in relative industries, Tony gained his Diploma in OH&S in 2012.
